I’m Fowzan, a product designer with 6+ years of cross-industry, multidisciplinary experience across Fintech, Telecom, Tourism, Edtech, B2B Ecommerce and HR Tech — working with teams in the Middle East, the US, Europe and Sri Lanka.

I lead end-to-end, user-focused product solutions from ideation and seamless interface design to scalable launch, delivering impactful outcomes aligned with business goals. I began in web development, then found my place in UX, where I could focus on the reasoning behind each interaction, not just the interface itself.

From research and flows to prototypes and developer handoff, I bring clarity to the full product journey. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a cricket field, a hike, or deep into a great game.

strategic product discovery

I go beyond interface design to validate product hypotheses. Using behavioural psychology, user insights and competitive benchmarking, I identify market gaps and shape what should be built, and why.
systems thinking & experience design

I turn complex systems into intuitive experiences. By balancing user behaviour, business objectives and technical constraints, I design products that feel simple without oversimplifying the problem.
